We are ALL walking around with stored traumas, some are dormant and some are alive and well and causing great pain. I often hear from clients that they "get it" mentally, but still feel stuck and unable to move forward from a divorce, death, hurtful upbringing, etc.... This is because the pain, the memories and the response behaviors are still in the body.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) we will first identify the thoughts that are directing your feelings and behaviors. Then using Energy Psychology techniques and/or Hypnosis, we will go beyond what the rational mind knows and access the subconscious mind's story of protection. This is where true healing begins.

Hypnotherapy - Let your subconscious do the work
I frequently use Hypnotherapy as tool to help my clients. Hypnosis works by opening up the body to suggestion. I frequently use it to help clients change behaviors like aggression or fears and phobias. I also have a lot of success in helping people change perceptions or sensations particularly relating to pain or physical ailments including insomnia and headaches.
During hypnosis you are conscious and aware of everything at all times. You are in complete control, you can talk and move. You will feel your blood pressure lower, and heart rate slow down as your body goes into deep relaxation. Some people fall asleep but that is fine, because your subconscious operates when you are either asleep or awake.

When clients come to me for coaching they are usually stuck or want to make a shift in their lives and want some support while doing it. After an initial “fact finding” session, one of the biggest things we establish are personal goals and how they can successfully achieve them.

Remote Therapy
It is not convenient for all of my clients to come into the office due to work, location or personal reasons. By offering remote therapy they can continue their sessions at a time and location that is convenient.
How does it work?
- We arrange a convenient time to talk. This can be either done via audio or with video. 
- During the sessions we will tackle the issues and then as with most traditional sessions, I will suggest home work for you to work on. 
- If using video then we can also use tools like wipe boards 
- We share notes at the end of the session
