Hypnotherapy - Let your subconscious do the work
I frequently use Hypnotherapy as tool to help my clients. Hypnosis works by opening up the body to suggestion. I frequently use it to help clients change behaviors like aggression or fears and phobias. I also have a lot of success in helping people change perceptions or sensations particularly relating to pain or physical ailments including insomnia and headaches.
During hypnosis you are conscious and aware of everything at all times. You are in complete control, you can talk and move. You will feel your blood pressure lower, and heart rate slow down as your body goes into deep relaxation. Some people fall asleep but that is fine, because your subconscious operates when you are either asleep or awake.
